Using your existing domain name with our hosting.

If you already have a domain name that you wish to use with one of our hosting packages, the hosting package must not already have a domain name, then you simple need to update the name server details for your domain name to the details listed below.

  1. Contact you current service provider and ask them to update the Name Server details to the following.

    Shared Server
     Primary Name Server: ns.rackspace.com
    Secondary Name Server: ns2.rackspace.com

    Cloud Server
    Primary Name Server:     dns1.stabletransit.com
    Secondary Name Server: dns2.stabletransit.com
     
  2. It will take 24-48hrs for the domain name record to be updated.

Please Note: Your domain name registration will remain with your current service provider. You will need to renew the domain name with that provider when due. 3 Legs Ltd will not be responcible for the administration of the domain name.
