Domain Name Renewals

If you have purchased a domain name or hosting solution from us you will need to renew your purchase on an annual basis. We have established the following procedure to ensure your registrations are processed on time. Please not that all renewals must be carried out in accordance with our "Positive Renewals Policy" as stated below.

1. 6-8 weeks prior to the expiry of your domain name or hosting package 3 Legs Ltd will issue a Renewal Notice.
   
2. Simply indicate whether you wish to renew or cancel the domain name and/or hosting package.
   
3. Sign and return this form, with payment if required, to us not later than 2 weeks prior to the expiry date.
   
4. If we do not receive any renewal payment by this date we will treat this as a request to cancel the registration of any domain name or hosting solution.

If payment is not received by this date then any domain name registration will be cancelled with the appropriate registrar. Once cancelled the domain name cannot be renewed and the name will then be put back on sale by the registrar.

Positive Renewals Policy
At 3 Legs Ltd we operate a positive renewals policy. This means that any service provided by 3 Legs Ltd must be renewed prior to the expiry date of that services. Failure to do so will result in the loss of that service once the expiry date expires.
