E-Mail

The email accounts with our Cloud solutions are designed to be used as POP3 email accounts or as Webmail accounts with a 1Gb mailbox.

E-Mail Account Settings

POP3 (Incoming Mail Server): your domain name with mail in place of www e.g. mail.domain.com
SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server): your domain name with mail in place of www e.g. mail.domain.com
Username: This is the username provided when taking out your hosting package.
Password: This is the password provided for the above username.

SMTP Authentication: Use same settings as my incoming mail server

Please ensure that you use the correct Port numbers when setting up your email
