Blackberry

There are 2 ways to get your email on a Blackberry device. We can either forward copies of your email to a Blackberry email account (Recommended) or you can get the Blackberry Internet Service to collect mail from our servers.

Please Note
We do not operate Exchange servers that support Blackberry. Our servers provide POP3 mailbox's.

Forwarding to a Blackberry Email account

This is the simplest and recommended solution. Using you mobile providers Blackberry website create a Blackberry email account. Then provide us with details of this email address and which email addresses you would like copies of email to be sent to this account.

Please Note
We are forwarding a copy of all emails to the Blackberry account. Copies of the emails will still be held in a POP account on our servers for you to collect using a suitable email application.

Collect mail form our servers

The second option for getting your email on a Blackberry device is to collect the mail from our servers.

Get setup via your Mobile Operators BlackBerry website.

  1. Log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service account.
  2. Click 'Profile' along the top of the 'Home Page.'
  3. Click 'other email accounts' in the 'Email Accounts' section of your profile.
  4. Click 'Add Account.'
  5. Enter the information for your E-Mail address.

    Email Address: Enter your full email address
    User Name: Enter the username we provided
    Password: Enter your email password. *
    Re-enter password: Re-enter your email password.

  6. Click 'Submit.'
