Support Notes
The email accounts with our hosting solutions are designed to be used as POP3 email accounts. This means that you use a computer and email software to download email from or server to the local PC. Once this has been done the email no longer resides on the server. Where required we offer a webmail interface that you can use to view any email on the server prior to it being downloaded to a PC. The webmail interface is not designed to be used for long term storage of email. We do not guarantee the backup of stored email or send messages or address book.
E-Mail Account Settings
POP3 (Incoming Mail Server): your domain name e.g. www.domain.com

Password: This is the password provided for the above username.
Special Instructions regarding the Outgoing Mail Server SMTP
We normally recommend that you use your ISP's SMTP mail server. If you are planning on moving between different ISP's then we recommend that you setup your SMTP to use our servers.
