Sending via our server
in order to send via our server you need to ensure that your email application is correctly configured. Our servers use SMTP Authentication to ensure that only authoristed users can send via our servers.
SMTP Server Settings
Outgoing Server (SMTP): this is usually your domain name or the server name that we provided you with.
Port: 25
SMTP Authentication: Yes (see below)
Please Note
if your ISP blocks port 25 then you will not be able to send via our servers.
SMTP Authentication
In order to send via our servers SMTP authntication should be turned on:
SMTP Authentication: This should be turned on using either POP before SMTP or Use same settings as POP.
