Any images uploaded via the web interface must be converted into a JPEG format for photos and GIF for illustrations. Images must also be resized to the size that they are going to be used. If you have a large number of images to upload then please contact us about bulk uploading.
Below are the instructions to add images.
-
You can add images to the system by using the image manager option from the right hand menu.
- Once
the image manager has loaded you will see a blank box with the options to upload or view above.

- Click View to see a list of the image currently loaded into the system.

You can use the filter and sort options to choose how your view these files. Clicking on a file will load that image for you to view.
- Click Upload to bring up the file upload window.

To upload images simply click one of the browse buttons, locate the file on your computer and click OK.

You can upload up to 10 images at once by using each of the browse buttons. Once you are ready click Upload to transfer these files to the Security-Payment system. Depending on the size of these files and the spead of your internet connection this could take several minutes.
Ensure that the image you wish yo upload has a unique filename and meets the naming details. All photos of products need to be in JPEG format and no wider than specified below. These details are recommendations only. The widths are pre-determined by the template used however you can choose whatever height you like. We would recommend that all the product or catalogue images are the same size as each other.
You should use suitable graphics software to ensure that all images are the correct size and file type.
- Once the images have been uploaded you can click view to see the list of images with the new images added.
Please Note
If the image you wish to upload already exists
in the file manager you must first delete the image before
uploading the new image.
