Bulk Product Actions

Within the Security-Payment System there is a method of performing a number of bulk actions on products in a given category. If you wish to bulk change the name or price of procucts in a category click here for instrictions. For other bulk actions please read below.

  1. Locate the category containg the products that you wish to perform the bulk actions on.

  2. Click the category and from the popup menu choose 'Bulk Product Actions'

  3. A window will appear with a list of product in that category. Put a tick in the tick box to the left of the name of the products that you wish to perform the actions on.

  4. From the action menu choose the action that you wish to perform

    Move selected to category
    This allows yoou to move these products to a different category.

    Link selected to category
    This allows you to make a linked copy of the product in a different category.

    Delete Selected
    This deletes the products from the system

  5. Depending on the action selected you will be asked to choose the category to move or link products to or confirm the deletion of products.

Please Note
New categories or changes to existing categorie will not appear on your website until you export the product catalogue.
