If you wish to move your hosting to another provider then there are 2 main ways to do this.
If you have a domain name with 3 Legs and wish to keep the name registered via us, then simply get the Name Server details from your new hosting provider and send them to us. We will update the name servers for the domain name. This process can take 24-48hrs to fully complete.
If you don't have a domain name with 3 Legs then contact your domain registrar with details of the name servers.
If you no longer wish to have 3 Legs administer your domain name then you may wish to transfer your domain name to your new hosting provider. See the instructions below for more details.
Please Note
When you transfer your hosting to a new provider, this often involves changes to your email account. Once any change has been implemented, mail will stop being delivered to our servers and your ability to send and collect mail will cease. You will then need to change your email progarmmes and phones to your new provider.Please contact your new provider for details of how to do this.
