Audio Gallery

Please Note
If you intend to delete a file from the File Manager then you must make sure that it is not selected in the Content Browser. If the file is selected in the Content Browser then first use the Content Browser to select another image or delete the entry. If you do not remove the link to the file you delete, then your page will not be rendered correctly.

Adding a new collection

  1. To add a new photo first upload the files in to the corresponding folder in Files.
  2. Next go to Edit.
  3. Expand Collections.
  4. Now click Add next to the Audio header you wish to add a audio to.
  5. From the list of templates select the Collection Header option.
  6. A new collection is added.
  7. Complete the details on the right and choose Save Data
  8. Now click add next to this header collection to add a photo to this collection.
  9. Once you are finished you are ready to Publish the changes to the website.

Adding a new Audio to a collection

  1. To add a new photo, first upload the files in to the corresponding folder in Files.
  2. Next, go to Edit.
  3. Expand Collections, then expand Audio.
  4. Now Click Add next to the Collection Header you wish to add a photo to.
  5. From the list of templates select the Audio Collection option.
  6. A new item is added.
  7. Complete the details on the right and choose Save Data
  8. Repeat this process for each new item to be added.
  9. Once you are finished you are ready to Publish the changes to the website.

Deleteing a Audio

  1. Locate the collection in the Edit screen. Expand Collections, then expand Audio. Now expand the Collection header that contains the audio to be deleted.
  2. You should now see a list of audio entries within the given collection.
  3. Locate the photo to be deleted. Click Delete next to the audio entry.
  4. Repeat this process for each audio to be removed.
  5. Once finished, you are ready to Publish the changes to the website.

Editing a Audio

  1. Expand Collections, then expand Audio.
  2. Expand the Collection with the audio file.
  3. You should now see a list of audio entries within the given collection.
  4. Locate the audo to be edited and single-click it.
  5. Make the changes and click Save Data..
  6. Repeat this process for each audio to be edited.
  7. Once finished, you are ready to Publish the changes to the website.
