Problems with Sent and Draft folders after Mailbox transfer

If you are using IMAP to access your email account and are experiencing problems with not seeing sent, deleted or draft emails after your mailbox has been transferred to our server, then this is down to an IMAP folder sync issue.

Your device should resync the IMAP folder mapping after changing the incoming server. If this does not happen you may end up with your device looking for these folders in the wrong location.

The best solution to fix this is to remove the account from your device and then add the account again with the settings for our server. Your device should do a new mapping of these folders.
